What a novel idea! Why hasn't anyone thought of this before?

When will reality sink in? The Arabs or more broadly speaking, the Islamic nations in the Middle East DO NOT WANT a two state solution. They want Israel and the Jews eliminated, destroyed, dead if they have their way.

Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, etc. could have solved this problem at any time over the past 61 years by absorbing the people that are now called Palestinians but who have no historical record of occupation in the land called Palestine until the latter half of the twentieth century. This land, originally called Judea, was conquered by the Romans in the 1st century A.D. The Romans renamed it Palestine after the Jews biblical enemy the Philistines. It were Jews and, after Christ gathered a following, Christians who occupied Judea for the 1000 years previous to the Roman conquest. Does this not beg the question as to what gives credence to labeling the "Palestinians" as the rightful owners of this land and the Jews as the "illegal Occupiers?"

In May of 1948 Egypt, Syria, Transjordan, Lebanon and Iraq invaded Israel within 24 hours after it had become a sovereign state. Israel has been repeatedly attacked since; in 1956, 1967,1973, 1982, throughout the 1st decade of the 21st century and repeatedly subjected to numerous terrorist attacks in the form of suicide bombings and cross border rocket and mortar attacks; all the while being constantly portrayed as the evildoers so effectively that a large part of the non-Muslim western world has joined with the Muslims in their hatred of the Jews and their Zionist supporters.

Why? Could it possibly be Islamic Fundamentalism which considers any belief other than a belief in Allah and his messenger, Mohammed, to be intolerable, forbidden and all adherents of these beliefs should be reduced to dhimmitude and pay the jizyah? No statehood possible for these less than human folk and any believers in "The Book" (Bible) not accepting these terms is dead meat, to put it in the vernacular.

Yes, that includes Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, atheists, etc. Fundamental Islam has no tolerance for "unbelievers." Israel is no less than the front line of western civilization as we know and love it.

"Death to America," Death to the Jews," the Holocaust never happened! Is this all Zionist propaganda designed to inflame hatred for Muslims and therefore not to be taken seriously or even considered, discussed, investigated, analyzed? Does anyone currently in power in the so called tolerant, intellectual Western world see this for what it is or are we enveloped in such a fog of political correctness, multiculturalism and Islamic intimidation that we're rendered mute, helpless, subservient (Obama bows to the King of Saudi Arabia?).

Barack Obama, Gordon Brown, Nicholas Sarkozy, Jan Peter Balkenende, etc. better wake up, and soon. This won't stop with the fall of Israel and "Two States" is not the solution.
